Life jackets and a fire extinguisher are furnished with each boat. Each boat renter will be required to leave a Driver's License, which will be returned upon check-in of boat and equipment.
Any damage or repair, above normal wear, will be paid for by the person signing for boat. In case of damage or breakdown, security deposit will be available the following business day. Service calls or damaged boats will be paid for at our posted shop rates.
Extremely dirty boats will be assessed a $25.00 cleaning fee. All boats must be returned by 7pm or posted time, or are subject to a $40.00 late fee.
All boat reservations are held a maximum of 30 minutes and then become
available to the next renter. If you know you are running late, please
give us a call and we will hold the boat until you arrive. All "No
Shows" will forfeit their deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID BEFORE BOARDING BOAT!
The $50 reservation deposit will be applied toward the rental fee.
Sorry, no refunds on deposits or rentals due to weather. If you need to cancel because of weather or any reason, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not call 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit.
